About Us DukeCenterPA.com is maintained by two people: Torrey Frederick, who does the programming and webdesign work, and Sue Zirkle, who keeps us posted on all the events and the citizen of the month. Torrey is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, with a degree in Business management and a minor in Management Information Systems. He is 21 years old and is currently employed by the Otto-Eldred School District where he assists with the technology and computer operations of the district, working with Mr. Zinzi. In his free time, he enjoys raising cattle at his father's (Dan Frederick) place in Rixford. He also makes diesel fuel from used vegetable oil (Biodiesel). He does freelance computer repair and programming, and enjoys outdoor activities, such as hunting, camping, floating the river on the "Steel City Shipwreck", and riding his three-wheeler, his Jeep, and his Volkswagen Jetta (which runs on his homemade fuel). Sue is Torrey's mother. She works as a 4th grade teacher at Otto-Eldred Elementary. She belongs to many organizations in the community, including the Chamber and Old Home Days committee. She is always busy helping out where she is needed. She is married to James Zirkle, and in addition to Torrey, has another child, Saree, who is a freshman at Pitt-Bradford.
